GALLERY 219: LONG EARED OWLS 2016
A photo of a LEO appeared on a birding face book page and the members of our group felt they knew the likely location. The next day, Joel with Russ discovered the winter roosting spot of a group of Long Eared Owls. This quickly became the winter owl project for 2016 and I tried to visit after work on Fridays and on weekends when weather and schedules cooperated.
